The best and worst parts
I had a superb experience! The personalized service made us feel like VIP guests, perfectly complemented by a relaxed luxury ambiance. Every encounter with staff, especially Robert and Gertrude, was warm and attentive.
While the atmosphere was inviting, occasional noise levels from children disrupted the tranquility we sought, particularly during evening hours. certain room amenities showed signs of wear, detracting from the luxurious impression.

oh, the 'deluxe' double room was just average—definitely not the luxury i expected. i also noticed the staff seemed so preoccupied, like they couldn’t be bothered with my comfort just because it was peak season. i nearly wrote a good review, but how can i when i wasn’t even offered a complimentary gift for my stay?

The lobby is cozy and brilliantly infused with art, creating a warm atmosphere that invites relaxation after a long day on the slopes. The breakfast service is notably high-quality, offering a la carte options while guests soak in a stunning view of the surrounding mountains.
Some rooms, particularly the junior suites, show signs of wear, which detracts from the overall luxury experience one might expect. A few accommodations also lack adequate lighting, leaving certain areas too dark for reading. While there's a spa area, the offerings feel limited and do not meet the expectations of those seeking a more robust wellness experience. The absence of ski-in/ski-out access could be less than ideal for avid skiers, especially on busier days when waiting for the shuttle can be a hassle. there were minor inconveniences like slow-running bathtubs, creating unnecessary delays when gearing up for a day out on the slopes.

The fondue night was an unforgettable experience for all of us, and we were thrilled with the breathtaking mountain views from our room. The quality of the breakfast was impressive, featuring a la carte options that set us up for a great day on the slopes.

Family with children luxurious getaway
The service was outstanding the staff always had a smile and truly made us feel at home. I still think about that fondue evening with flickering open fire it was a magical experience for the whole family.
It wasn't cheap but for what we got it was acceptable.

Such a fab family vacay!
Loved staying here! The warm welcome was just the start, those connecting rooms were perfect for our fam. The breakfast spread was legit, especially the healthy juices. We had top-notch service from Domenico at the front desk, super helpful! Only bummer was not having ski-in/ski-out access.

Had an amazing trip with friends! The hotel was wonderful, with delightful dining experiences and lots of leisure options. We enjoyed skiing and even tried snowman building activities for fun. The staff was attentive and organized our dinner reservations seamlessly. Highly recommend the fondue night and the spa treatments! Perfect mix of relaxation and adventure.
One downside was the lack of ski-in/ski-out access, but the shuttle service made it manageable. We had to wait a bit at peak times, which could be improved.
